This is a review of an example of outreach activity which culminated in two presentations by high school students at professional scientific society meetings.
- The Annual Meeting of the American Society for Microbiology,
Held in Washington DC's new Convention Center. The presentation consisted of the poster shown at the Fralin Workshops.
- The Virginia Academy of Sciences. This was a slide-talk to the biochemistry section. (Notice that the high schoolers' presentation was NOT to the junior academy.)
