Especially in the remote parts of the world, many people die due to infections acquired after even minor surgeries, tattooing, childbirth. The two prevalent antiseptics are both liquids - bleach and alcohol. Imagine lugging barrels of this through mountain valleys, or up remote rivers , and then hitting a sharp rock! Oops! We'd better go back for more! What to do? We need a mild chemical SOLID in capsule form that can be dissolved in   local water, which becomes the antiseptic. Transportation of pills would be easy. Patients and bedding can be directly sanitized. Perhaps drinking water could even be made safe. BUT disposal might be a problem. And what's the environmental impact?
